Introduction:

Racking and Assemblies - ARINC 404A and ARINC 600

    There are two standard racking families designed to meet ARINC  404A and ARINC  600 specifications in full dimensional range (see table).

All racks conform to the requirements of ARINC 404A and 600 in terms of:

  • dimensional interchangeability
  • electrical conductivity
  • backplate deflection limits

    Our racking systems are available in any configuration. They may be easily intermixed on the same shelf and/or in a cabinet.

    All racks can be equipped with front and/or rear hold downs according to ARINC 404A and ARINC 600 specifications. Also, extra equipment, such as vibration/shock isolators and connectors of leading manufacturers, is available.

 Nonstandard avionic support structures and cases

    ATM mechanical structures are not limited to standard racking only, so when nonstandard devices are required, that's okay. Our customers can always count on ATM assistance.

    Our skilled and experienced design and manufacturing team enables us to meet our customers most challenging requirements for special nonstandard structures.

Other mechanics:

    ATM is always ready to assist its customer. Equipment not specified above can be designed upon customer request.

    Various types of shelves and cabinets can be design to fulfill even the most rigorous requirements of our customer, nonstandard versions are also acceptable.
