MMR can operate in all phases of flight mission and service works. The main purpose of MMR implementation is creation of a simply system for obtaining of flight data on aircraft equipped in Magnetic Tape Crash Recorders (MTCR). A basic idea of the solution is installation of MMR directly in a test connector of a recording system existing on aircraft.
ATM-QR6 is foreseen for operation on an aircraft equipped in TESTER U3-£ system (Su22M4, Mig-29) and U3 series 2 system (Su-22M3 - training version). ATM-QR6 is installed in a £ucz. KPA connector (acc. To the original technical documentation description).
This connector is using for installation of coping unit MNP-5. A standard version of ATM-QR6 is equipped in a three hours memory, but it is possible to equipped the system in a memory acc. To the Customer requirements
ATM-RD6 read-out unit is for readout of registered flight data. ATM-RD6 unit is connected with PC via parallel port (a printer port). Readout time for a three hours registration is not greater than 2 minutes.
